We have updated the ZipLink Internet Subscriber Service Agreement. These changes have been made to provide greater clarity to the terms of service and to help us deliver a consistent, high-quality service to all of our customers.

In addition to updating our Subscriber Service Agreement, we have made some changes to the ZipLink Internet Service Plans. Because of continuing increases in average data usage by ZipLink customers, each plan will be subject to a small rate increase. In addition, customers who use more data than the new monthly Data Volume targets for their plan will incur a monthly one-time usage fee, if applicable . Many customers will likely never exceed the data targets as we have set them higher than what the average residential ZipLink customer uses per plan. These changes are being implemented to ensure that ZipLink can continue to offer high quality service to all of our customers. We will began converting existing plans to the new plans in the near future, starting with customers with the highest usage rates and that have been subscribers for at least 90 days.
