This Agreement is solely for your and our benefit. It is not for the benefit of any other person, except for permitted successors and assignees under this Agreement. Any names, marks, products or services of third parties, or hypertext links to third party sites or information, do not necessarily constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of the third party, information, product or service by the Provider. The Provider does not endorse nor make any warranties or representations about any website you may access during your use of the Provider wireless hotspot, including the privacy policy of any such website. As a Subscriber, you need to make your own decisions regarding your interactions or communications with any other website. No provision of this Agreement provides any person or entity not a party to this Agreement with any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, or cause of action or creates any other third party beneficiary rights.
