Subscriber’s sole remedy for anything pursuant to this Agreement is the right to terminate this Agreement. Further, by accepting the terms of this Agreement, Subscriber agrees that from and after the date of such acceptance, Subscriber shall not denigrate or derogate the Provider or its affiliates or underlying providers, or any officer, director, partner, member, manager, employee, agent of representative of the Provider, its affiliates or underlying providers, or any product of service provided or performed by any of the foregoing.
