The Provider, its employee or agent, will supply and install the Provider Equipment and a connection to the Service. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER OR ANY UNDERLYING PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THE INSTALLATION OR CONNECTION OF SUCH EQUIPMENT BY SUBSCRIBER. The Provider may charge Subscriber a fee for any missed installation/upgrade appointments without notice 24 hours in advance. When Provider is hired to install Provider Equipment at Subscriber’s property, Subscriber gives permission to enter, and accepts responsibility for Provider’s entry upon, the property upon which the Provider Equipment is attached.
