As a Subscriber, you must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to subscribe to the Service. However, if you are less than 18 years old, you may use the Service if, and only if, you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s prior permission. By accepting this Agreement you are representing that you are at least 18 years of age or that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to access the Service. In cases where you have authorized a minor to use the Service, you recognize that you are fully responsible for: (i) the online conduct of such minor; (ii) controlling the minor’s access to and use of the Service; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse by the minor. The Provider does not discriminate on the basis of age (for eligible Subscribers), gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
