ZipLink Internet transitions to new billing system
Customers receiving a notice to update by email are required to log into a new billing system that we are bringing up Oct 1st. This new customer management system will bring new features and functionality to our system and should be more user friendly. When you receive an email asking you to log in and provide your billing information, please do so by October 15th.
In addition to this change to the customer portal, we are transitioning to a new level 1 technical support supplier. This arrangement will give the 1st level techs more insight into the network and the ability to handle more issues quicker.
We have also updated the service plans and all plans now include a Speed Burst feature. This allows for 50% faster speeds during web browsing type usage of your service.
